Tubular Drag Conveyors:
Designed for complex
environments

Transport bulk materials over long, intricate routes

The Floveyor Tubular Drag Conveyor (TDC) is engineered for streamlined and cost-effective materials handling for challenging plant environments. It accommodates multiple intake and discharge points to support a sophisticated distribution system for any operation. The TDC operates on multiple planes, accommodates variable radius bends and handles both horizontal and vertical conveying with ease.

The tubular drag conveyor is a mechanical conveyor system using a closed-circuit pathway to pull materials along with minimal disturbance and maximum efficiency. Drawing on more than 60 years of experience in the food industry, Floveyor’s TDC provides a clean, gentle and reliable conveying process that preserves material integrity, including mixes and blends. Floveyor’s unique drag conveyor element, along with fully enclosed tubing, results in contamination-free conveying and reduced abrasion and wear.

Manage complexity

Navigate multiple planes, tight spaces, long process lines and varied orientations without disrupting operations.

Cost efficient

Sealed discs and rope results in lower OPEX and CAPEX than air-based systems.

Product integrity

Fully enclosed tubing combined and gentle conveying protect product and blend integrity.
